Give Us Your Car

Your car, regardless of condition, whether it is running or not, can help us help others.

Whether you want a bigger tax deduction or just a car with better mileage, you can donate your car to Helping Hand.

All you need to do is:

1. Call 708.352.3580 ext 288.
   
2. Have your title handy. (If you need to obtain a duplicate title in Illinois, click on the link to go to the Secretary of State's website.)
3. Leave your name and phone number, and a representative from Helping Hand will contact you right away with details and to collect your information.
   
4. Someone from our partner, Chariot Automotive, will contact you to verify your information and schedule a pick up of your vehicle.

Then we will

• Pick up your vehicle as long as it is within 20 miles of our main location of 9649 W. 55th Street in Countryside.
  
  
• Sell or auction your vehicle with the proceeds received as a donation to Helping Hand.
  
  
• Send you a timely acknowledgement with all of the information you will need for your tax preparation.
